Love the many different menu options with creative (really!) pizzas. The Great White Room is delicious but just a bit dry for my tastes since it just has an olive oil base. The Lasagna is another pretty good choice and that one has a red sauce so the dryness isn't a problem. I always ask to go lighter on the cheese as they can go a little overboard (some people might think that's a plus!) great, friendly, local place.

Another great addition to the Olde Village in North Charleston. If you're looking for a pizza with a myriad of topping choices or recipes, then you've found the spot. This is my regular spot for quick, excellent hybrid oven style pizza. The other pizza place on the strip uses a brick oven (Napoli); whereas, this place uses a more conventional oven (traditional). That is by no means a drawback just a different style of pizza. Service has always been fast and the people there are great. Delivery is available as well.

Pretty good pizza for Charleston, but a great atmosphere! The prices are good, and the people who work here are all very friendly. Not too many seats available, but enough for a lunch crowd. Big bonus, the kitchen is right there, so they can't sauce your pizza!!

Very friendly staff, cozy vibe and excellent pie. The prices are high compared to your standard pizza chain, but quite reasonable considering the quality. I got the 7 layer pizza and it is fantastic. The 10" is more than enough to satiate the average person, but probably not enough to share.

Park pizza is a great little place for take out, I don't get it too often because I don't live too close but when I have the chance I definitely love picking some up when I am trying to watch Netflix and chill. I really like the unique combinations they come up with, live the Spaceballs which has meatballs and ricotta, I also tried the Bird on a Wire which was delicious. I think this place is becoming my favorite take out pizza.

LONG, LONG DELIVERY TIMES AS OF LATE. The price of a regular large pizza has gone up another dollar. This place used to be a nice experience. It seems that since they are getting more popular, they seem to be forgetting that their customers are the most important thing and need to be treated with respect.

My girlfriend went to get a pizza to go for me after reading the positive Yelp reviews. She was confronted by someone who, according to my girlfriend was dismissive, annoyed when asked questions about ingredients and clearly couldn't be bothered providing customer service! My girlfriend called me and asked if she should still order the pizza even under these conditions...she knew I was really looking forward to the unique ingredient combinations. I told her to turn around and walk away. She always has a smile on her face and is also in the customer service industry, so she's overly nice in these situations. She asked me "what happened to being gracious and courteous?" There were supposedly other staff members overhearing this and no one stepped in, so perhaps the attitude is acceptable there!? I won't be ordering from here again and if anyone asks...

I came back and tried the pizza of the month this month which was the EGGPLANT PARMESAN pizza: Spicy Marinara, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Garlic, sliced Eggplant, Basil & Parmesan. I think ricotta on pizza is just pure genius. This pizza is also pure genius so try it while you still can! We also had BIRD ON A WIRE: olive oil, mozzarella, red bbq chicken, red onions, cilantro. So good! The cilantro sends it over the top! Although I am a huge fan of the pizza and salads, I was very disappointed when I recently tried the garlic and herb breadsticks and the monkey bread. The dough for both was so tough and dry. Unlike the pizza these were made with almost no care or thought. The breadsticks were dough + butter + seasoning = over cooked, over priced dough. The monkey bread was also tough and just covered in pure sugar. I was looking forward to the dough to be more flaky or airy. I hate to say that Pizza Hut and other big box chains have their sides down more than Park Pizza Co. I really hope they improve this recipe. Other than that I am still a big fan and will still continue to be a customer.

I don't even have words to describe! OMG good!! Ordered the big dipper, grilled cheese, and Hawaiian. I honestly never even imagined such healthy ingredients could taste so amazing all together. The big dipper was by far the best pizza I've ever tried in my life thus far! They are extremely friendly staff. Everyone has a very warm and welcoming approach. They are in no way shape or form stingy with their use of ingredients and the ingredients are very fresh and tastefully awesome!! Wish they were closer...I'd come back everyday!

This place is my all time favorite pizza joint. Their pizza is consistently delicious, their salads and sandwiches are well above average. Not really a sit down place but they do have a few tables inside and out, delivery service is consistent and food is always fresh. The people that work there are very passionate about their product and brand. You can't go wrong here.

Who needs chain pizza when places like this give you better food for the similar prices. Park pizza is delicious and quick. I always go with the 3 pigs. Meat overload in the best way. They have a cool variety of craft sodas and teas that are fun to grab while your in picking up your pie.

This is the BEST pizza!! They are so original and so fresh...I know people tend to go to EVO but, seriously, they don't know what their missing...go to Park Pizza in Park Circle.

Park Pizza is a solid pizza place when you are craving straight up pizza without any froufy BS. I hail from Chicago, the Land of Delicious Pizza, and this is where I go when I feel a little homesick. I'm a fan of Midwest-style pizza - you know, the kind with a thinner, crispy crust, loads of toppings, cut into squares. This is as close as you can get to that in Charleston. We always opt for choosing our own ingredients (pepperoni, green pepper + shrooms is our standby) so I can't speak to the many options they have available on their menu, but they look good. Crust is flavorful, always perfectly cooked, ingredients are fresh and tasty. The pizza comes out quickly and it's pretty cheap. The only thing I can suggest for improvement is more seating. They will also do a half baked pizza for you if you wanted to pick it up and have it piping hot and fresh out of your own oven. Pizza does lose a little something in transit, so this is a great option. Damn. Now I want pizza.

If you are looking for delicious pizza, calzones, sandwiches, or salads look no further! They have an amazing selection of specialty pizzas or make your own from a huge selection of bases, cheeses, and toppings. To complement your entree they offer regular and cheesy breadsticks and delicious dessert pizzas or homemade pies. Also, they deliver which is a HUGE plus as there are not many other delivery places in the area and their employees are always very polite and friendly.

** REPEAT CALL FOR SERVICE ** On November 12, 2014 a confidential ingester (CI) and I, Dante G., responded to Park Pizza Company located at 1028 East Montague Avenue, which is in the city of North Charleston, in reference to an early dinner. Due to recent activity at this location, I had to consult a menu. Very quickly I identified my meal choice and ordered. I spoke briefly with the pizza selection specialist, identified as John. I ordered a ten inch Mushroom Swiss Burger pizza. After a few moments, a piping hot pizza sat before me. It looked phenomenal (see attached photograph). Due to an ongoing investigation and the use of confidential sources, select details have been omitted from this report. End of Report.

I've had 9 of the specialty pies and they were all amazing. I love the circle salad with the house dressing too. Calzones and desserts are also great. They just have great pizza that I crave that I can't get anywhere else in Charleston.

I prefer Park Pizza to EVO any day of the week, not sure why but I do. I love Park's pizza of the month. I make it a point to order it every month. The Envy is awesome too. I never thought I'd prefer a meatless pizza to one with meat on it but Envy changed that. Keep the pizzas coming Park.

A great local pizza joint! Definitely worth the 4+ stars! However, they aren't my favorite crust (on the tougher, chewier side opposed to other places....if you are into rating your crust...err, what?). Like the toppings, like the salads, and definitely like their cheese. Great, fresh mozzarella taste! The place is super small though, so make sure you get there early if you plan on eating in, or taking it to go for that matter. (Spelled out hint: **in a whispering voice creepily leaning into your ear kinda way** "and by early, I mean go stand outside of the door until they unlock it at 11.") Because this place really only has about 8 seats indoors and 4 or 6 maybe outdoors. And the parking...because once you get close to that noon mark, spaces get scarce, kids. Seriously though, great pizza, and a fantastic lunch deal (larger than a side salad, a one-topping slice, and a soft drink for 7 bones), and a great staff! I just can't give this place a 5 star, when there are three places off the top of my head that have pizza I like better. However, read what others say too, and get in and give this place a shot!

This is a very solid slice of pizza! There isn't much seating, but the slice is just about perfect. I could use a bit thinner of a crust, but two slices and a soda for $7? Try to beat that. I dare you. The restaurant is tight, seating wise, but the two times I've been in, I haven't had an issue getting a table. If the outside tables disappear during the winter months, it's likely that space will be more at a premium, but until then, I'm fine sitting wherever. Hell, I'll order my slices and sit in my car! The slices really are that good! I guess the only thing I question is their taste in football teams, as they're Pats fans. Go Giants!

This local pizza place puts chain and other local places to shame! They have a wonderful variety and choices of pizzas. I've had many of their pizzas and I've yet to find anything I didn't LOVE. My favorite is the Three Pigs, it's pepperoni, sausage, and salami. It's all quality meat and cheeses, it's so worth the price. The salads are fresh and dressings are yummy. You MUST try the Monkey Bread and the root beer. They don't make the root beer, but it's very good. They also have homemade cookies, trust me when I say you want to take some home. You get 2 for a $1.00. They are more of a take out and delivery place, but they have outside tables and 2 tables inside. If you're ever in need of great pizza try this place, you'll never want another pizza.

This place was recommended to us by a friend- so glad it was! Their staff is so friendly and helpful. Their menu is great! So many options- including making your own. All of the pizzas can be made into a calzone, which is what I prefer to get. Their dough was freshly made and probably the best I've had around here. Their ingredients were delicious and their cheese so so so awesome. You can tell it was freshly made. They were quick with our orders. They have two or three tables inside and a couple outisde. They do offer about four or five chairs at a bar table. I would recommend getting your stuff to go. It got a little crowded trying to eat at the table with people coming in and waiting for their orders. I had a calzone which I made of my own choosing- ricotta, parm, mozzarella, spinach and olives. My husband had the teriyabi- in a calzone instead of a pizza.

I gave Park Pizza one star in order to write a review about my experiences at their establishment; however, I would have liked to give them zero stars if it were possible. Despite the quality of their pizza, the staff is disgustingly rude, and have an inexplicably slow rate of delivery. After calling to place an order, I was mocked on the phone by one of the employees, hung up on, and then, after calling back to cancel my order after finding out it was going to take 90 minutes to deliver one pizza at 6:00 on a Monday night, rudely dismissed and hung up on once again. The unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff outweighs anything the staff could conjure up in their kitchen. I will never waste my time calling or visiting this establishment again when EVO is across the street and happy to answer their phone, take my order, and produce a better product. Keep your chefs and give the rest of your staff a lesson in manners or preferably a pink slip.

Great pizza. Definitely not run of the mill pizza...and that's a good thing. From out of town but chose this place after reading reviews on yelp. Was not disappointed. They only have two tables and three barstools inside, so if it is cold and you can't sit outside (several tables outside) you might have to wait. We got lucky.

Jordan D.
Great pizza, calzones and salads for a really low price. I had the she crab pizza and it was amazing. I'll probably be ordering that the next few times I visit. Friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Limited seating inside and out. I'm glad Park Pizza is in my neighborhood.

Reason number 2, 387 my husband and I aren't fans of the Charleston area: parking is purgatory and eateries are tiny. Park Pizza is plagued by both. Thankfully, the pizza is worth it. We went for take-out. They have delivery, but since there's only two tables with two chairs each in the entire place, I'm not sure that they do eat-in. We had a great time waiting for our pizza due to the Trivial Pursuit cards on the table. When we got the pizza and cheese bread back to our hotel, we demolished both. The crust is good and the toppings are the second-best we've ever had.If we lived in the area, we would return.

This place is what a pizza place should be. Fresh ingredients, perfect dough, great combinations. But most importantly, its very clear that they take pride in their work Every pizza is a work of art. Great, great people. Never had a pizza here that wasn't perfect. Definitely the best pizza place in Charleston

Locally owned & operated- go in you will see the owners working, shocking huh? I've only ordered take out or delivery. The pizzas are on point. I'm not 100% sure why, but their pizzas have a slight smokiness that has made me fall in love. In my opinion this is the best pizza in the Charleston area. The prices are right too! Update- Best Lunch in the Park Circle area of N Charleston. $6 for a slice, side salad, & drink!

We'd planned on ordering from a chain, but after reading the reviews we decided to carryout from here instead. Glad we did it! We ordered the garlic cheese bread, the BST and the Three Pigs, and the guy said it'd be about 40 minutes. That was fine, we weren't starving. We went to pick it up, found parking easily, and walked a few shops down to Park Pizza Co. They definitely weren't lying when they said this place is for delivery or carryout. There are only two tables, and every single piece of space in the place is utilized. Everything looked fresh. We got home and dug in. The BST was a bacon lovers dream. I sometimes find tomato to be a bit overwhelming, but they didn't overdo it. It was a good balance. The cheese was good. The Three Pigs was a carnivore's dream. Nothing was too salty or overdone. The crust was a bit thicker than I'd like, but the toppings were fresh. It was worth the wait.

Tiny pizza spot in park circle, only 2 tables inside but more tables outside if you want to sit outside and eat. If you're in the area and just want an average slice of pizza, this is your spot. If you want more from your pizza and not just a slice, walk down to EVO's. I was not impressed with the pizza here, it was greasy with way too much cheese.

In my opinion, one of the best pies in the Chas area. Its a winner because of the wacky wild combination and specialty pizzas. Crust has a nice crisp and flavor to it. Place is very small, with only a couple of small tables inside and a couple of tables outside. No A/C inside though! The ingredients seem to be made in house.

Park PIzza makes a great pizza...and calzone. There are plenty of highly original pie choices with lots of cool toppings. They have fantastic salads and great desserts too. We have been several times and the owner and staff are great. I can't honestly say that I enjoy the canned drinks but that is the only thing that is not A+.

I'd heard rave reviews about another nearby pizza joint. Tried their pistachio pesto pizza and will return to try the pork trifecta but I will say I was not impressed. I'd heard a lot of good things about Park Pizza so I was looking forward to checking it out but didn't have high expectations since the last highly recommended place fell a bit short. My friends and I ordered salads. I had a half Empire salad (tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, feta, black olives) and choose the creamy cucumber wasabi dressing (YUM!). One friend ordered two slices of pizza (can't remember exactly what 2 toppings she picked) and my other friend and I split the 10' Envy (pesto, mozzarella, artichokes, spinach and feta). That pizza was so good!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. That's how I know it's good pizza... cause I crave it. I crave Envy. And they really have quite an extensive menu so I look forward to trying many other things The place is teeny tiny. We snagged spots at the counter which was kinda neat for me to be able to watch them work their magic. Be warned... I don't know if the AC is broken or just nonexistent but it's hot in there. Let me tell ya, I hate feeling stuffy but that pizza was TOTALLY worth it. We just decided next time we'll get it to go and eat it at our work's cafeteria because none of us want to wait until the cooler weather to eat there again! If every visit is as good as the first, I might have to make it a 5 star review...

Hands down, this is the best pizza place in Charleston! We regularly order 4-5 pizzas from this place and are never disappointed! The dough is perfect - thin but substantial and the ingredients are top notch. Our favorites are the Greek, Carolina, BST (Bacon Spinach Tomoato) and the Late Night (white sauce, cheese, and pepperoni). I also always get a slide of their Mississippi Mud Pie. There is very limited seating, so I don't recommend dining in unless the weather is decent. There are a few sidewalk tables. Plus, you have to walk through the kitchen to use their incredibly tiny bathroom.

Dear Park Pizza, You are my new food crush. xoxo, CJ To put it lightly, the pizza here is phenomenal. They do a lunch special during the week, a slice with one topping, a drink and a salad for real cheap - 6 bucks. Being that I like money and I also like pizza, it's pretty hard to stay away from this place for lunch. Toppings are fresh, cheese is cheesy and the crust is just right. If I had to find something I didn't like so much, it would just be that there isn't more seating. There are only a few tables inside and the same outside. Not good for a big group or get together, but great for a quick lunch!

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Excellent! Amazing unique pizza combinations. Even the cookies were great!

(4)Ian S.
Pretty good pizza for Charleston, but a great atmosphere! The prices are good, and the people who work here are all very friendly. Not too many seats available, but enough for a lunch crowd. Big bonus, the kitchen is right there, so they can't sauce your pizza!!
(4)Flagnagdes B.
Very friendly staff, cozy vibe and excellent pie. The prices are high compared to your standard pizza chain, but quite reasonable considering the quality. I got the 7 layer pizza and it is fantastic. The 10" is more than enough to satiate the average person, but probably not enough to share.
(4)Dariel S.
(5)Weime L.

(5)Jesse D.
(5)Frank J.
Delicious, fresh and fast. Calzones and pizza are both fantastic. Creative menu with interesting options. Only downside is seating is very limited.
(5)Brandon H.
Who needs chain pizza when places like this give you better food for the similar prices. Park pizza is delicious and quick. I always go with the 3 pigs. Meat overload in the best way. They have a cool variety of craft sodas and teas that are fun to grab while your in picking up your pie.
(5)Paige D.
This is the BEST pizza!! They are so original and so fresh...I know people tend to go to EVO but, seriously, they don't know what their missing...go to Park Pizza in Park Circle.
(5)Liz L.
(5)Kylaine K.

(5)Peter C.
Very good pizza. They've got some interesting ones on their menu too. Trying the lasagna pizza next.
(4)Aaron B.
(5)TJ L.
(4)JR C.
Go Giants!
(4)Megan S.
(5)Jessica B.

(5)Peter C.
Very good pizza. They've got some interesting ones on their menu too. Trying the lasagna pizza next.
(4)Aaron B.

(4)JR C.

(5)Jordan D.

(5)Pumpkin P.

(3)Whitney C.
Great lunch combo. Salad, slice of pizza amd drink for 7$. Great food, especially their salads
(5)R J.
(5)Tabitha O.
Found this place by chance...best pizza and brownies Ever!! This Is A Must Stop Place!!! I will definitely be back.
(5)Caitlin M.
Great pizza! Love the slice, salad and drink for lunch. It is small inside but still worth it!
(4)Cassie O.
Very small inside! And very hot. Many different combination to make.
(3)Randy D.
(5)Rebecca M.
So good everytime got our friends hooked!!!! Yummmmmmm

(5)Colleen J.
